The short term goal of the Company is the consolidation of its present activities, improving productivity in each department, vertical integration for cost reduction and improvement in the Market Share. The next stage of growth envisages expansion of the existing capacities and adding new product lines. We are also widening our activities by appointing reputed Agents and Distributors cum Stockists keeping in mind the need of the consumers.

Complimenting this growth in existing products is our determined efforts at diversification. At Demosha Chemicals, we strongly believe that the organization structure will be strong and long lasting only if it rests on the foundations of growth and diversification. Dynamism and Innovation provides inner strength for the structure. Therefore we do not believe in resting business opportunities. We are also trying our best to bring new concept and technologies that will significantly consolidate and enrich the company over the years to come. ISO 9000 / 9001 is one of the targeted milestone for achieving the same. In near future we are also adding merchant/trading division to our Company which will supply and trade in organic and inorganic chemicals, pharmaceutical raw materials and bulk drugs to International markets.
